The platform includes:

- Unified Risk Engine (URE)
- HR Risk & Retention Dashboard
Mindpex provides analytical insights and predictive indicators based on organizational data.
Nature of the Platform
Mindpex is an advisory analytics system.
- Outputs are probabilistic and data-driven
- Insights are intended to support decision-making
- The platform does not provide guaranteed outcomes
Mindpex does not make or automate employment decisions.
No Automated Decision-Making
Mindpex does not:
- Make hiring, promotion, or termination decisions
- Enforce automated workflows
- Take actions on behalf of organizations
All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client organization.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful business purposes only

Data Responsibility
Client organizations are responsible for:

Mindpex processes data only in accordance with client instructions.
Intellectual Property
Mindpex retains all rights, title, and interest in:
- The platform and software
- Algorithms and models
- Analytical frameworks
- Derived insights and system outputs
Client organizations retain ownership of their raw data.
Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Use the platform for unlawful or discriminatory purposes
- Attempt to access unauthorized data
- Interfere with platform performance or security
Availability of Services
We strive to provide reliable access to the platform, but:
- Continuous, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed
- Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect access
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindpex shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Decisions made by users based on platform insights
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the services.
Suspension and Termination
Mindpex may suspend or terminate access if:

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
